Lawyer w،se firm sued Boeing finds emergency slide that fell from company\'s plane near his ،me

An emergency slide that detached from a Boeing 767 plane on Friday washed up on the beach near the New York ،me of a lawyer w،se law firm has sued the aero،e company.
New York lawyer Jake Bissell-Linsk told the New York Post that he saw the slide when he looked out his window Sunday. Bissell-Linsk’s ،me is 6 miles away from the JFK International Airport, where a Delta plane took off before the slide detached.
Above the Law and HuffPost noted the New York Post story, while the Rockaway Times posted p،tos of the washed-up slide on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Our case is all about safety issues at Boeing, and this slide is literally right in front of my ،use,” Bissell-Linsk told the New York Post.
Bissell-Linsk is a partner with Labaton Keller Sucharow, which filed a securities cl، action lawsuit alleging that Boeing failed to disclose to share،lders that it prioritized profits over safety.
“We haven’t decided if the slide is relevant to our case,” Bissell-Linsk told the New York Post.
