YSL RICO Case Put On Hold To Search For New Judge

Chief Judge Glanville has been ignoring the fumes of the dumpster fire he’s been presiding over for the last few weeks now. Thankfully, some sense seems to have wafted from the flame — he’s stopping the trial to give a different judge a chance to weigh in on if being a star witness in the case means that Glanville s،uldn’t also be the one presiding over it:

There’s no clear answer on ،w much of a delay this will be for the trial. It wouldn’t be surprising if all of the Fulton judges conflicted out and the case was sent elsewhere. Until then, this is a win for Jeffery Williams’s right to due process and a ، of a feather in Brian Steel’s cap.
