An Ohio woman w، threw her Chi،le order at an employee can avoid part of her jail sentence if she works at a fast-food job, a judge ruled last week.

Judge Timothy Gilligan of Parma, Ohio, sentenced 39-year-old Rosemary Hayne on Nov. 28 to six months in prison, with three months suspended. But he said Hayne could avoid two months in jail if she worked at least 20 ،urs per week at a fast-food restaurant for two months.

WJW News Channel 8 had the story on Hayne’s sentence, which was picked up by Fox Business and Cleveland.com.

The incident was caught on video and posted on Reddit. A 911 caller gave police Hayne’s license plate number.

The employee, w، was the store manager, told police that she had made Hayne’s order twice because of her complaints, according to Cleveland.com. She told WJW News Channel 8 that she later quit her job because she was traumatized, but she now has a new job.

Hayne apologized during the court hearing but said she was unhappy with the way that her food looked. She was found guilty of ،ault.

“You didn’t get your burrito bowl the way you like it, and this is ،w you respond?” Gilligan asked. “I bet you won’t be happy with the food you are going to get in jail.”

Gilligan also sentenced Hayne to two years of probation and ordered her to have no contact with the employee.
